Good Evening,

I just thought that I'd let everyone know that the blueprints are posted on the web page.  (My apologies for taking so long, but it's taken a good deal of time to post them.)

Here's how you find them:

1/  Type in www.timetravelair.com
2/  Scroll down until you see "Technical Library" - and click on it.
3/  You're going to see a page that has different sections:  Blueprints, Civilian Publications and Military Publications.  The new blueprints that have been posted are the different ones labelled:  Wing Spar, Bushing, Floorboards, etc.

I've also included a PDF document on how to "decode" the different blueprint numbers.

Hope all this helps - and if anyone needs any specific blueprint, please don't hesitate to ask.

Jack

Anytime!

Just to let everyone know where I'm coming from with all the information that I've posted - and the stuff that's still to come, because there's more - I'm rather old fashioned with a lot of things.

I really believe that all of us in the radial engine world are interdependant.  If one of us fails, then - eventually - we'll all fail.

And, that's unsat.

With all this intel now being made available, this radically increases the opportunities to keep our B18s in the air - or even have someone look at a blueprint and say, "You know what?  I can do this better."

If anyone has any requests for other blueprints, I have many - but, unfortuantely not all - of the blueprints required for the B18.

I'm still working on getting the remainder, but like everything else, it takes time.

Thanks very kindly - that's very much appreciated!

Just so everyone knows what the game plan is, what I'm working on next is scanning (and then posting) all the relevant attaching part blueprints.  (Keeping in mind that the blueprints that I'll be posting refers back to the RCAF D Models - that's the only technical material that I have.)  If you would like me to post other attaching part blueprints - when it's up,and if I have them - they will be posted, too.

Seeing that this is such a massive job, this will take some time - but in the end, it will serve all of us well.

Anytime - my pleasure.

(Just keep in mind that it's going to take a while for me to post all the blueprints.)

The issue here is the Dash 4 - more formally known as the EO 05-45B-4, published in 05 Jan 70.  (That's the parts manual.)  What I'm doing is going through it with a fine toothed comb - because I've found a lot of errors.  (Main components not listed, attaching parts - lots of them! - not listed, amounts totally off....not pleasant.)

What I specifically mean when I say "a while" is couple of months, tops.  And, I should have most of them - 70 to 80% at least - but there are a few blueprints that I know that I don't have.  (The tricky part is when - for example - a valve blueprint refers to 5 more.)

That's when it starts to take a lot of time to get all this intel together.
